Dear Friends of Hope,
Is there a door in your life that needs closing?  And I don’t mean the door to that messy spare room!  We all have doors that sometimes remain open when they really should be closed. And locked!  Sometimes trusting God means we not only close the door, we need to lock it and hand the key to Him.  Who better to hold our keys than the One who holds the keys to the kingdom of heaven (Matthew19:19) and the keys of death and Hades (Rev 1:18)??!!
I myself find it hard to close doors.  On relationships, on opportunities, on old habits.  I always want to leave it open just a sliver; just in case something happens that would change the situation.  Or the person.  I’m betting you know exactly what I’m talking about.  But you know what I’ve learned over the years?  That sometimes, when we just can’t bear the thought of …
